It is our pleasure to introduce you to our next “Celebrity Chef”, Sandra Vos. Sandra is the President of the Brant County Federation of Agriculture and a beef producer. She has graciously offered to share her recipe for low carbohydrate Blueberry Jam. It is a recipe that she has adapted from the “The Art of Cooking for the Diabetic”. According to Sandra it is really easy to make and can be used as jam or served with ice cream.
